THE SERVICE WE PROVIDE

Many of our holiday apartments,cottages, and houses are close to Thorpeness beach and Aldeburgh Bay or are a few minutes walk away.

There is adequate parking, either alongside the Thorpeness apartments or closeby.The houses have private parking.

Our experienced hotel team deal with all enquiries and bookings, housekeeping and minor maintenance. Apartments are serviced weekly with the option of a mid-week clean by arrangment for a small charge.

Bed linen and towels are included in the rental charge.

Reassuringly, a night porter is on hand at the hotel reception overnight should there be an emergency.

Before your arrival, pre -order your groceries and holiday supplies online at your chosen store and we will arrange to take delivery and fill your fridge and freezer.



Free wi-fi!
From 1st April 2010 many houses and apartments will offer free wi-fi access. Which units offer this service is shown on the indivual information for each apartment.
