Bentwaters Parks
Bentwaters Parks covers 1,000 acres of countryside encompassing various landscapes, unique military buildings and a 40 acre enterprise park. There’s a great diversity of buildings including warehouses, aircraft shelters, secure bunkers and 1.3 miles of concrete runway. In addition there are 1,500 acres of arable farmland adjacent to the Park including medieval woodland, a deer park and a number of lakes. Bentwaters also offers production offices.
As of July 2009, Bentwaters has a 30,000sq ft hangar available with no interior columns or restrictions.

Balls Park
Balls Park is an impressive listed Jacobean mansion which is empty. The property stands within 65 acres and is surrounded by lawn and topiary hedges with a gravel drive and overgrown walled garden. The interiors include a beautiful wood-panelled vestibule extending to the full height of the three storied building with a black and white chequered marble floor. There is a selection of large and small rooms that can be dressed to suit a variety of filming needs.

RAF West Raynham
RAF West Raynham is an old disused military base in northwest Norfolk. The nearest town is Fakenham. The site includes a wide variety of empty military buildings including 4 large hangers and has been used many times for filming in the past. The site is empty and is situated approximately 110 miles (2 hours and 37 minutes) from central London.

Studio 2000
Studio 2000 (previously known as Millennium Studios) is ideal as a production base and shooting facility, having a number of offices and edit rooms, in addition to art department units, wardrobe, hair and make-up rooms, props and scenery storage, construction and scenic workshops. Stage dimensions as follows 80' x 44' x 24' high (3,200 square feet) with scaffold lighting grid, adjacent workshop space 34' x 58'. Drive-in loading doors and loading bays.

Elstree Business Centre
Office building offering fantastic potential for both location filming and production office space. The 5 storey building is only 30% occupied and has a vast array of different office accommodation available for filming. There are open-plan areas as well as smaller offices and conference rooms. There is aa medical centre fully equipped with 1950s style medical instruments and some very long corridors that could easily double for a hospital. The site owns the adjacent green belt land and a very large car park that can easily accommodate a large film unit.

Twinwoods Business Park
This large, former MOD testing site is now owned by a private company. The majority of the buildings are now completely empty and available for filming. The site includes a vast amount of office accommodation, very large interesting derelict warehouse spaces and large areas of hard standing.
RAF Coltishall
Coltishall is a recently decommissioned site which was completely vacated in November 2006. The extensive 700-acre site includes a typical WWII airfield and runway, and numerous workshops and offices. The four large hangers that are all 50,000sq ft each and have full width doors at each end with no internal pillars. This site offers great potential as a production base and for location shooting, it is situated approximately 123 miles (2 hours and 58 minutes) from central London.
Debach Warehouses
A range of warehouses measuring in size from 20,000 sq ft up to 100,000 sq ft, located in Ipswich. There are also offices available and conference rooms and shipping storage containers, racking systems and forklifts. The location is operational and could be used as a possible unit base. It is situated approximately 85 miles (123 minutes) from central London.
