Ch-ch-changes! Mark talks about Shorthose Russell, past present and future.

The end of last year saw us reviewing our 5 year business strategy, which was first put into place back in 2009. And what an experience it was! Who knew that when we were writing this thing, social would become such a key part of what we do, and who knew how multifaceted the business would have to become to stay ahead in this changing landscape.

The word ‘integrated’ has been thrown around a lot in the marketing world lately, but never has it been more important. By working as collaborative teams with our clients and focusing on both honing our specialisms and broadening our skill sets, has I believe aided our success in a time where many have struggled.

And this knowledge has informed our strategy for the next three years. Our strength is our people and the knowledge and ability to deliver that they possess – so our focus has to be continual learning, investment in the team, with the goal of delivering the highest quality, ‘big brand’ marketing experience to more people and in ever new and imaginative ways.

Who says strategy isn’t exciting!
