Junior Office Assistant/Receptionist
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £15,000.00 to £16,000.00 /year
A role supporting the team in a busy and creative environment, being the first point of contact for clients and visitors via the telephone and in person, the work covers many aspects of making the office run smoothly, as well as supporting the work of the Finance Manager.
- The role is primarily Norwich-based, but involves liasing with and supporting our London office, and occasional visits there as necessary
- You will be enthusiastic with a positive, can-do approach, a good standard of numeracy and literacy, and attention to detail, and confident interpersonal skills. The role is is an excellent opportunity for an applicant keen to learn and develop, wanting a first step on their office career
- Ability to demonstrate work experience would be an advantage, but is not essential
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Office and Google suites is an advantage
