Website Design

Enrich Learning Trust approached Shorthose Russell to create a brand-new schools’ trust website design following the merger of ieTrust and Mid Norfolk Academy Trust.

Brief.

Enrich Learning Trust approached Shorthose Russell with a logo and asked us to build out the brand into a new website that would encourage schools to join the new trust.

Process.

Working closely with the Chief Operating Officer we:

  • Built out the brand from an existing logo created in-house, which was then used to design and develop a new responsive website
  • The website includes the ability to add more academies as the trust grows, show users Ofsted reports, key information such as Financial, Legal and Governance Information and displays careers in teaching across the trust portfolio
  • We planned the site structure, identified new content, helped upload content, crop and rename images and on-page SEO
  • We also arranged a photo shoot with a 6th form student with a keen interest in photography – we coached the student on the types of shots we would be looking for.

Results.

We have always found working with Shorthose Russell very easy. As with all good consultants they help you develop your ideas without losing the core focus. Their initial feedback tightened up the brief and showed insight into the way in which a Trust website might be used. As complete novices to the world of website design, they provided us with a supportive but challenging voice during the design process. Then during construction, they took our ideas and improved upon the delivery of them to move the site from being a basic information provision tool into a functioning site that stands out from other Academy Trust offerings. We’ve been very happy working with and being guided by them over the course of the process.
