After a 15-year partnership with The Belfry and in tandem with a major multi-million-pound expansion, through our sister agency Thissaway, we delivered a comprehensive rebrand that marked a new chapter for this award winning hotel and resort. Working closely with the leadership team, we embarked on an in-depth journey of brand workshops, engagement, and market research.



Result
The result was a refreshed core identity along with a suite of supporting logos for the Club, Spa, Restaurants and bars that honour The Belfry’s rich heritage while elevating its positioning for a modern audience. This new brand direction was seamlessly integrated across every stage of the customer journey – from digital and print to on-site experiences – ensuring consistency and impact across a wide range of touchpoints.
